1、 Viscose (hygroscopic easy to dye):
It is a kind of man-made cellulose fiber, which is spun by solution method. 2、 Polyester (crisp wrinkle free):
Features: high strength, good impact resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, moth resistance, acid alkali resistance, good optical rotation resistance (next to acrylic fiber), 1000 hours of exposure, 60-70% strength, poor moisture absorption, difficult dyeing, easy to wash dry, good shape retention. It has the characteristics of "washable wearable"
Purpose:
Filament: it is often used as low elastic filament to make all kinds of textiles;
Staple fiber: cotton, wool, hemp, etc. can be blended. In industry: tire cord, fishing net, rope, filter cloth, edge material, etc. At present, the amount of chemical fiber is large.
3、 Nylon (durable):
The big advantage is strong wear-resistant, which is one of the best. Low density, light fabric, good elasticity, resistance to fatigue damage, good chemical stability, alkali acid resistance
The major disadvantage is that the sun resistance is good, the fabric will turn yellow after long time of sun exposure, the strength will decline, the moisture absorption is good, but it is better than acrylic fiber polyester fiber.
Uses: long silk, mostly used in knitting silk industry; short fiber, mostly blended with wool wool type chemical fiber, used for gabardine, vanillin, etc. Industry: cord fishing net, also used as carpet, rope, conveyor belt, screen, etc
4、 Acrylic (bulky sun resistant):
The performance of acrylic fiber is very similar to wool, so it is called "synthetic wool".
Molecular structure: acrylic fiber is very unique in internal large-scale structure, with irregular spiral conformation no strict crystallization area, but it has high order arrangement low order arrangement. Because of this structure, acrylic fiber has a good thermal elasticity (processable expanded yarn), the density of acrylic fiber is smaller than wool, the fabric has a good thermal insulation.
Features: good sunlight climate resistance, poor moisture absorption difficult dyeing.
Pure acrylonitrile fiber, due to its tight internal structure poor wearing performance, can improve its performance by adding the second third monomers. The second monomers can improve its elasticity handle, the third monomers can improve its dyeing performance.
Uses: mainly used for civil use, can be pure blended, can be made into a variety of wool, wool, blankets, sportswear: artificial fur, plush, expanded yarn, water hose, Parasol Cloth, etc.
5、 Vinylon (water soluble moisture absorption):
It is characterized by high hygroscopicity good synthetic fiber, so it is called "synthetic cotton". Its strength is worse than that of nylon polyester, its chemical stability is better, it is resistant to strong acid alkali. It also has good resistance to sunlight climate, but it has poor elasticity to dry heat but to damp heat (shrinkage). The fabric is easy to wrinkle, poor in dyeing bright in color.
Uses: blended with cotton: fine cloth, poplin, corduroy, underwear, canvas, waterproof cloth, packing materials, labor clothes, etc.
6、 Polypropylene (light warm):
Polypropylene fiber is a light fiber in common chemical fibers. It is almost non hygroscopic, but it has good wicking capacity, high strength, stable size, good wear resistance elasticity, good chemical stability. But: poor thermal stability, resistant to the sun, easy to aging brittle.
Application: it can knit socks, mosquito nets, quilts, warm padding, wet diapers, etc. Industry: carpet, fishing net, canvas, water hose, medical belt instead of cotton gauze, do sanitary products.
7、 Spandex (elastane):
Good elasticity, poor strength, poor moisture absorption, good light resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance wear resistance.
